- Act as a full-stack developer for the squad using NodeJS and JavaScript, angular, ReactJS and Docker for development and system integration requirements.
- Run code reviews, monitor test reports and ensure code quality
- Ensure all code delivered aligns to CCT/RBC best practices
- Promote an agile culture and Engineering Mindset way of working inside of the squad and help the designated scrum master run agile events.
- Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interface with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs
- Provide cost and time estimates for assigned work packages to support the development of time tables and project plans
- Coordinate coding, testing , implementation, integration and documentation of solution
- Experience with applications using React and NodeJS
- A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience developing micro frontend based UIs
- Experience developing REST APIs in backend services using Java
- Experience with DevOps and implementation of CI/CD pipeline
